Responsibilities
- Hire, l ead and manage a cross-functional engineering team including front-end, back-end, and DevOps specialists
- O versee design, development, and deployment of a customer facing front end application that uses AI features from established platforms.
- Manage sprint execution, technical planning, and resource allocation across the engineering team
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, providing technical guidance and career development service
- Collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams to leverage shared platforms and services
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and team capabilities
- Manage technical debt and balance feature delivery with platform stability and maintainability

Skills
- Understanding of customer service and service domains
- Proven track record of delivering front end applications
- Deep understanding of full-stack development including front-end, back-end, and infrastructure
- Experience in delivering cloud native applications
- Expertise in modern software development methodologies including agile and lean practices
- Experience leading teams through the complete software development lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of building high-performing, collaborative engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities with focus on pragmatic, scalable solutions
