About the role

  • We are looking for a driven, analytically strong Senior Financial Analyst to join our GTM Finance & Strategy team at OpenGov.
  • You'll get direct exposure to executive stakeholders.
  • This position is in office at our San Francisco HQ and reports to the Director, GTM Finance & Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure that track GTM performance across revenue, spend, and operational efficiency
  • Own budget vs. actual analysis and business commentary for your GTM segment - explain what happened, why it happened, and what we should do about it
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure data integrity and alignment between operational metrics and financial results. Maintain critical reporting infrastructure (e.g. Snowflake ARR reporting model)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a high-growth SaaS environment

Compensation

  • San Francisco, CA: $125,000 - $135,000
  • On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance.
  • The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
