About the role
- You'll be part of our broader HR / People Experience team, with visibility into and partnership across the organization
Responsibilities
- Be a friendly, welcoming first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and building partners
- Own day-to-day workplace logistics and help ensure things run smoothly
- Coordinate with vendors, property management, and internal partners to address workplace and facilities needs
- Manage mail, shipping, office supplies, kitchen areas, meeting spaces, and other workplace logistics
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding logistics in partnership with HR
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to support a great employee experience
- Have experience in workplace experience, office operations, hospitality, customer service, administrative support, facilities, or a related area, but we're open to different backgrounds!

Skills
- Approximately 20-25 hours per week, typically Tuesday-Thursday, with flexibility based on business needs
- $25/hour
- O n-site in our Fort Collins office
- You'll have the opportunity to help shape the experience and culture of a brand-new office from the ground up
