- The Apartment Locator role is an Inside Sales - Real Estate position at Smart City Locating.

Responsibilities
- Manage the client relationship from lead to lease Chat with clients via text, phone, and email Put together a hyper-personalized list of available apartment units
Requirements
- You'll be well-prepared to succeed if you have experience supporting clients in previous roles.
- Local Travel Required: Local travel around the city to tour with your clients.
- Laptop Required: Having a laptop is crucial to being successful in this role.
- While a MacBook is not required for this role, it is highly encouraged.
Compensation
- This is a full-time position with an expectation of 10-14 clients leased per month.
- Commission ranges between $70K-100K+ per year, and top performers make $100K+.
