About the role

- In this role, you will determine appropriate occupational therapy care and treatment for a geriatric population at a wide range of functional levels.
- You will have the opportunity to work across multiple locations that could include Concord, Manchester, and Bedford providing occupational therapy services to a diverse range of patients.
Responsibilities

- Engage Senior Therapy is now hiring a passionate and patient-focused Occupational Therapist at our partner Assisted Living Facilities in Concord, NH.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and other goals that matter to your patients
- Document patient care services in compliance with state and facility standards using EMR
Skills
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
- Active or pending state license to practice occupational therapy
- Passion for delivering quality, evidence based patient care
- Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience or interest in geriatrics, with skills in adaptive equipment and ADL training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
Compensation
- Four weeks of PTO plus 6 paid holidays annually
