About the role

Working with the sales manager, the sales representative will evaluate existing and potential accounts, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts on a regular basis.
The sales representative will also frequently communicate with operations, quality control, and dispatch personnel regarding customer needs.
Bonuses awarded under this program are determined based on the performance of the organization and the employee.
