Responsibilities
- Supports and assists senior developers in developing codes, tests and debugs of software programs and enhancements to meet project plan goals.
- Lead Oracle TRCS enhancement activities across a senior-level portfolio
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely, accurate system performance and reliable financial reporting output.
- Drive process optimization, issue resolution, and system enhancements by translating business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and reporting capabilities.
- Provides technical support to internal clients on existing problems, escalates as appropriate.

Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- 5-10 years of experience within tax software preferably TRCS
- Knowledge in EPM software development being proactive to propose new feature enhancements
- Experience working with Tax reporting teams to help implement and maintain the tax reporting processes required - including data collection, tax provision calculations and compliant reporting.
- Understanding or prior experience in FCCS including workflow, business rules, reporting, and Smart View
- Experience with system usage monitoring and production troubleshooting
- Proficiency in support functions including problem investigation, development, testing and deployment

- The applicable base salary range for this role is $97,600 to $195,100.
- In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
