Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engineering organizations and technical leaders.
- Develop organizational capabilities through workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Oversee strategic vendor relationships, consulting partners, and managed service providers.
Requirements
- Extensive progressive experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or technology operations.
- Significant leadership experience managing engineering teams, technical professionals, consultants, vendors, or managed service providers.
- Experience supporting highly available and business-critical enterprise technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience with workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and knowledge continuity.
- Experience establishing governance and performance expectations for strategic vendors and managed service providers.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading enterprise cloud, infrastructure, or platform engineering teams.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure modernization and transformation initiatives.
- Experience overseeing mainframe environments or managed services supporting business-critical platforms.
- Experience establishing enterprise observability and reliability engineering capabilities.
- Experience transitioning traditional infrastructure organizations toward automation-driven platform engineering operating models.

Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $185,000 - $195,000.
