Responsibilities
- Serve as program owner for the Aftersales Retail ERP program, ensuring successful planning, vendor execution, deployment readiness, business adoption, and operational support across service, parts, finance, and logistics functions.
- Serve as program owner for the Aftersales Retail ERP, leading solution design, vendor execution, phased rollout, and integration across service, parts, finance, and logistics domains.
- Build and lead a multi ‑ disciplinary team of product owners, developers, and solution architects, establishing clear ownership, modern product practices, and strong delivery discipline.
- Establish and execute Commercial IT operating objectives, investment priorities, governance processes, and performance metrics that support enterprise commercial business goals
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and operational frameworks governing Commercial IT platforms and services.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to lead managers, senior professionals, and matrixed teams across multiple business functions.
Requirements
- Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.
- To be considered for career opportunities at Scout Motors, applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on business analysis, project management, and solution delivery.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
Compensation
- This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program.
- Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
- The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
- Initial base salary range = $160,000.00 - $192,500.00
