About the role
- This highly visible role is responsible for defining the future of Adobe's monetization platform, supporting both B2B and B2C business models across subscriptions, usage-based offerings, digital commerce, and enterprise licensing.
- The ideal candidate combines deep O2C domain expertise with strong Product Management fundamentals and SAP BRIM experience.
- You have successfully owned enterprise platform strategy, prioritized roadmap investments, driven measurable business outcomes, and influenced senior stakeholders in complex cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Influence executive stakeholders and partner with business leaders to align roadmap priorities with Adobe's strategic objectives.
- Own product requirements, backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery for key OTC capabilities.
- Drive product discovery, solution evaluation, and business case development for strategic initiatives.
- Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Lead product strategy and cross-functional execution for strategic OTC transformation initiatives.

- Adobe is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and modernization of our Order-to-Cash (O2C) platform powered by SAP BRIM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Enterprise Platforms, Business Systems, OTC, Billing, Revenue Management, or related domains.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
- Experience owning the strategy and roadmap for enterprise, OTC, billing, revenue management, or monetization platforms.
- Proven track record of making product investment decisions and prioritization tradeoffs across multiple stakeholder groups.
- You are a product leader who thinks beyond system implementation and focuses on solving business problems through scalable platform capabilities.
Nice to have
- Deep expertise across SAP BRIM modules including SOM, CC, CI, FICA, and RAR.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD and SAP Finance/FICO.
- Experience working within SaaS, Software, Digital Media, or Technology companies.
- Experience defining future-state platform capabilities and partnering with architecture teams on modernization initiatives.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs, operational metrics, and business outcomes for enterprise platforms.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience operating within Agile product development environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Compensation
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
- The U.S. pay range for this position is $134,400 -- $253,900 annually.
- Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

- In California, the pay range for this position is $175,300 - $253,900
- At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
