About the role

This position is the third of four levels of maintenance technician work to be performed at Wilcox & Flegel facilities throughout the Northwest.
This individual will be primarily responsible for more advanced carpentry, electrical maintenance, plumbing, construction, welding and maintenance of equipment in compliance with regulatory agency codes.

Performs general and advanced tasks in the maintenance of Company facilities.
Performs carpentry, electrical maintenance, plumbing, construction, welding, and maintenance of equipment in compliance with regulatory agency codes, under general supervision.
Performs regular inspection, testing and repair of petroleum equipment, fuel storage systems, and fuel dispensing systems.
Retrofits, installs, monitors, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots above ground storage tanks (AST) in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Operates and drives company Vacuum Truck, Water Truck, other maintenance vehicles, recovers, hauls and recycles hazardous materials, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Meet required attendance and punctuality standards established for the position.
High school diploma or equivalent 2 years in a maintenance environment required
non-license required basic electrical and plumbing work, HVAC cleaning and preventive maintenance, and light construction work.

The results of this testing will be a condition of employment.
