About the role
- As a Senior Product Designer at Posh, you'll join a close-knit, high-performance team dedicated to transforming the live experience landscape.
- Your work will directly impact how event organizers and attendees interact with our platform, spanning a two-sided mobile app that integrates social and event management features and a web application providing financial and marketing tools for businesses.
- This is an in-person position at our New York City office, located in SoHo.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design seamless user flows and intuitive interfaces, blending thoughtful system-level design with attention to fine details.
- Bring a sharp eye for visual design, layout, and hierarchy, with a strong grasp of modern UI patterns and aesthetics.
- Conduct in-depth user research and leverage data insights to inform design decisions.
- Ensure each design iteration is rooted in a balance of user feedback, data, and business objectives.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and growth teams, leading the end-to-end design process and translating complex requirements into intuitive solutions.
- Sweat the details and drive high-quality execution that aligns with product goals.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, proactively gathering feedback and refining designs to maximize impact and quality.
- Engage with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to communicate the "why" behind design decisions, build alignment, and articulate the impact of design on business outcomes.

Nice to have
- Experience designing tools for business users or organizers
- background from companies like Airbnb, Square, Toast, or similar is highly preferred.
