- Goal - to ensure the health and safety of our buildings.
- Core Responsibilities: - Preventative and Corrective Maintenance: repairs on walls, roofs, doors, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, general carpentry, electrical and playgrounds repairs - Grounds and facility upkeep: sweeping, pressure washing.
Responsibilities
- Operational Support: inventory management, moving furniture, building furniture, installations.
- Labeling safety and building fixtures
Requirements
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ pounds), stand for long periods, walking and climbing ladders.
- Ability to use technology.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and plan ahead
- Required Skills and
- Driver's license with clean record.
- Problem solving skills with minimal oversight.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, clear concise communication.
- Ability to travel out of state locations
