Requirements

  • Industry Expertise & Lending Knowledge You'll apply your deep understanding of residential mortgage products and lending regulations to guide clients through the home financing process with confidence and accuracy.
  • Proven Sales & Production Experience You'll draw on your track record of producing high volumes of quality loans and cross-selling banking products to meet and exceed performance goals.

Compensation

  • In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives and equity. Actual compensation is based on industry salary ranges, internal salary structures, experience, skills and other job-related factors.
