About the role
- This role helps ensure that new hires are effectively onboarded through structured training, department orientations, and fab bootcamp experiences, enabling a smooth transition to productivity.
- This role is part of the Global TPG WFD Team.

Responsibilities
- The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and maintain training content and documentation, analyze training data, and drive continuous improvement in onboarding programs and processes across all TPG global locations.
