Partner engagement & management Work with business partners to define and prioritize product roadmaps.
Ensure standards are leveraged to deliver high quality and minimize business disruptions.
Influence and collaborate with Business Partners, Tech Colleagues and Vendor Partners to drive product & platform strategy and One McDonald's Way across global markets.
Leverage internal and external knowledge to optimize our technology offering.
Leads and inspires innovative thinking, approaches, and solutions to address complex operational and technology challenges Foster a culture of innovation by actively exploring emerging technologies and seeing opportunities for product diversification and expansion.
Team leadership and development Create a product centric organization and foster agile ways of working.
Build and lead a high-performing team, set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Lead teams to complete roadmaps efficiently, allocating resources and budgets to ensure timely and successful product launches.
Develop team members' skills and capabilities through training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
Vendor management Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners and service providers.
