About the role
- Communicate with project owners, contractors, and others to provide cost data regarding project feasibility Follow awarded contracts as assigned - may include extra work items, change orders, etc.
- Use of electronic take-off software and office applications; Planswift, iSqFt, Bluebeam, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Smart decision making combined with best practices.

- some travel will be required.
- Projects are across NC and SC; some travel will be required.
