Requirements

  • Have earned a bachelor's (B.S.) degree in an engineering-related discipline.
  • Ability to read technical schematics and plans, such as CAD drawings and bills of materials, to understand component level operations/function.
  • Proven ability to communicate professionally with individuals both within and outside an organization.
  • Self-motivated, advanced problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and mechanical skills.
  • Solid organizational skills to respond to requests and meet multiple deadlines.

Compensation

  • For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61200 - $113600 / year.
  • At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range.
  • Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location.
  • Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
  • This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.

  • You will work with internal project managers to supply and coordinate technical data in accordance with the project schedule and customer requirements.
  • This is a full-time, salaried position that will require you to work on-site, Monday - Friday, in Kansas City, KS. **
  • Consult with internal project managers, application engineers, project and product engineers, and customers to plan or clarify project requirements and resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare documents for customer purchase orders that meet the order requirements and customer specifications, including order submittals, instruction manuals, test reports, and quality reports.
  • Review orders that have been entered into SAP and validate against customer specification and purchase order.
  • Complete calculation requirements using templates, coordinate with Product Engineering team for internal custom engineered calculations and prepare data packages for third party calculations.
  • Prepare and communicate technical clarifications with respect to the order documents, vendor technical data, and quality requirements.
