About the role

Axonius Federal Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our growing team!

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product management, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Axonius solutions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a deep understanding of the security and IT landscape.

6+ years of combined experience within the cybersecurity or IT industry, preferably in a federal or enterprise software environment
With 4+ of those years' proven experience in a technical account management or customer-facing role.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and resolve technical issues.
Ability to travel 0-50%

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
A master's degree is a plus.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) and experience with APIs, scripting, and automation.
Familiarity with API's and their practical application in a real world environment
Understanding of data sets and how to effectively extract useful information

Annual Salary Range (bonus and equity included in addition)
$136,400 - $151,500 USD
