- AMS is seeking a passionate and student-centered 3rd Grade Teacher to provide rigorous, standards-aligned instruction across core content areas while fostering academic excellence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

Responsibilities
- Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction aligned with Arizona Academic Standards and AMS curriculum frameworks across all core subject areas.
- Utilize formative and summative assessment data to drive instructional planning and targeted interventions.
- Maintain accurate student records, grades, and progress monitoring documentation.
- Classroom Culture & Student Support
- Establish and maintain a structured, positive, and high-expectations classroom environment.
- Implement PBIS and proactive classroom management strategies to promote student engagement and positive behavior.
- Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth.
- Build strong relationships that encourage student confidence, responsibility, and success.
- Collaborate with grade-level teams, instructional coaches, interventionists, and school leadership.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences and maintain positive partnerships with families.
Requirements
- Pass required background checks and obtain an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Minimum Qualifications
Compensation
- Range: $48,331.25 - $54,571.88 annually (DOE)
