About the role

- This position significantly impacts Rexnord's ability in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
- This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and is a non-exempt hourly technical position.
Responsibilities
- Regal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
- The Company's electric motors and air moving subsystems provide the power to create motion.
- The Company's automation offering, comprised of controls, actuators, drives, and precision motors, controls motion in applications ranging from factory automation to precision control in surgical tools.
- Maintain program libraries and revision status of program revisions per NADCAP requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CNC Machining experience is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to extract critical data and analyze data to make informed business decisions
- Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management
- Team orientated with the ability to influence others without authority
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or associate degree is a plus
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt a plus
