About the role
- This portfolio currently includes approximately 5 GW of reciprocating engine and gas turbine-based generation projects at various stages of development and execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead Engineering Strategy and Standards
- Establish engineering governance frameworks, including design standards, drawing standards, calculation methodologies, document control processes, and lessons-learned programs.
- Develop scalable engineering workflows spanning conceptual design, FEED, detailed engineering, IFC documentation, and as-built deliverables.
- Build and Develop High-Performing Teams
- Develop and manage relationships with engineering consultants, OEM technical teams, and specialized engineering contractors.
- Drive Engineering Excellence Across Projects
- Review and approve critical engineering deliverables, including P&IDs, single-line diagrams, general arrangement drawings, equipment datasheets, civil and structural designs, control narratives, and cause-and-effect matrices.
Compensation
- $221,000 - $260,000 (total compensation includes base salary + bonus in USD) Equity: Beyond your salary, you'll receive an Equity Grant, giving you a meaningful stake in our parent company.
