About the role

- Shift: Shift FB C: The regular hours for this position are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday from 7:00am to 7:15pm.
- Job Description: The Assembly & Test Technician is a senior-level skilled technician responsible for performing complex assembly, inspection, and test operations within FormFactor's semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform precision assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical components, including miniature parts, using microscopes and specialized tools.
- Execute complex build processes for probe cards, assemblies, and sub-assemblies.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections to verify product quality and conformance.
- Identify, document, and escalate defects or non-conformances.
- Support engineers with failure analysis, yield investigations, and process improvements.
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with precision assembly and/or semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Familiarity with test equipment, measurement tools, and inspection techniques.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
