Responsibilities
- Make repairs in the building to things like doors, locks, tiles, and handrails.
- Maintain paperwork and invoices related to your work.
- 6 months+ of trade experience or building maintenance

- This position involves traveling to various sites in our portfolio to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and execute repairs to minimize downtime.

Requirements
- You have a working knowledge of the equipment needed to make repairs on the property, including electrical and mechanical systems.
Nice to have
- As a plus, you have specialized trade experience in plumbing, electrical, roofing, or HVAC.
Compensation
- Position pay range
- $26.75 - $32 USD
