About the role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain the company's COR program, including internal and external audits.
- Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with Operations, Human Resources, and field leaders to improve safety performance.
- Support return-to-work and modified duty programs following workplace injuries.
- Enjoy consistent Monday to Friday schedule, typically 8:00am to 4:00pm, with flexibility to support occasional job site visits, training, or incident response when needed.
- We provide a company vehicle and company phone, giving you the tools you need to effectively support our field teams and job sites.

- Earn $65,000-$85,000 per year, based on your experience, qualification and demonstrated skills.

- Champion a proactive safety culture through coaching, training, and education.
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of health and safety experience in the construction industry.
