Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and maintain collaborative practice agreements with nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Support efficient practice operations, including productivity goals, billing accuracy, and compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements
- Completion of a Psychiatry residency program required
- Unlimited license to practice medicine in the state of Tennessee required
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited medical school required
- Board eligible in Psychiatry required; Board certification in a psychiatric specialty preferred
Nice to have
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams across verbal, written, and virtual formats
- Strong knowledge of psychopathology, psychopharmacology, and evidence-based psychiatric treatment
- Ability to complete clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards
- Sit for extended periods (approximately 80% of the time)
- Stand periodically throughout the workday (approximately 20% of the time)
- Lift and carry items occasionally as needed
- 0-3 years of psychiatric clinical experience preferred
- Board eligible in Psychiatry required
Compensation
- $212,300.00--$318,400.00
