About the role
- The Marketing Communications Specialist, Payments is responsible for supporting the payments related promotional and operational external / internal communications efforts across Retail and Restaurants business units globally.
- Significant focus on help managing payments offering transformation and innovation rollouts.
- Requires understanding of market trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage payments operational communications working closely with Payments Business Operations, Retail and Restaurant Sales Operations and Product management teams.
- Help drive market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of high-quality marketing materials such as case studies, white papers, blog posts, and videos.
- Develop clear and compelling content that differentiates our products in the market.
- Design key external products and feature messaging and positioning based on audiences, influencers, and decision makers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in communications or marketing, preferably in the payments sector.
- Proven track record of successful product launches, product transformation and marketing communications activities.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
