Responsibilities
- Lead Operational Excellence initiatives across warehouse operations, distribution, inventory management, shipping, and fulfillment processes.
- Drive Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives that improve productivity, quality, safety, and service levels.
- Utilize data analytics, KPIs, and root cause analysis to identify opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
- Standardize processes and implement controls that improve consistency and scalability across the operation.
- Lead onboarding, training, and workforce development programs for distribution center employees.
- Support a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
- Oversee internal audits and maintain readiness for FDA, OSHA, Board of Pharmacy, and regulatory inspections.
- Partner with Operations, Safety, and Quality teams to mitigate risk and support regulatory compliance requirements.
- Lead teams responsible for Operational Excellence, Training, Compliance, and special projects.
- Partner with Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Safety leaders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 9+ years of experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations management.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience leading operational excellence, continuous improvement, quality, compliance, or training programs.
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).
- Experience in high-volume distribution center, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of FDA, OSHA, Board of Pharmacy, or regulated distribution environments.
- Experience with business analytics, project management, and change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with warehouse automation, WMS, or workflow management systems.
