About the role

- Strong cross-functional collaboration across clinical, compliance, and technology teams
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy from concept to production.
- Research and analyze complex business system issues and develop recommendations to improve processes
- Build a backlog of product features ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated and prioritized
- Collaborate with technical teams to build modular and reusable solutions
- Drive sprint and release plans and communicate changes to business teams
- Lead meetings to surface issues, identify fixes, and advance projects continuously communicating product objectives
Requirements
- Experience with UM authorization workflows and clinical guidelines
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Deep knowledge of specified product domain and industry trends.
- Knowledge of Information Technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Nice to have
- Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach experience preferred
Compensation
- $107,700.00 - $199,300.00 per year

- Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
- Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
