About the role
- We are actively looking for a full-time Full Stack Developer.
- Please note that this is a full-time, in-person role based in New York, NY.
- If you are interested in remote or hybrid opportunities, this position may not be suitable for you.
Responsibilities
- This engineering manager will be hands on, and will both code as well as manage other engineers.
- Lead architectural discussions and decisions related to telemedicine platform development.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as product management, design, and QA to deliver high-quality telemedicine solutions Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in software development, with experience in our relevant programming languages (such as Typescript, Javascript, and React).
Nice to have
- Experience using Supabase preferred, but not required.
- Those with the capacity to serve as a player/coach are preferred.
