Responsibilities
- Lead sales and profit performance for your business unit, driving growth, market share, and customer retention
- Coach, develop, and support a high-performing sales team with clear expectations and accountability
- Hire, train, and manage Account Managers while building strong bench strength for the future
- Partner across the business to ensure sales execution, CRM usage, safety, and people initiatives stay aligned
- You'll lead with trust, support, and real influence-not micromanagement
- As Sales Manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of Account Managers to grow the business the right way.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 7+ years in progressively responsible roles
