Responsibilities
- Maintain close communication with the Office of Clinical Experiences and Partnerships (OCEP) throughout the semester
Requirements
- Teaching experience in public or private school settings
- Guide and evaluate students' work on the required Collection of Teaching Artifacts and Reflections final project
Nice to have
- Master's degree, plus 30 semester hours of relevant post-degree study
- Teaching experience in content area of Supervision
- Supervisory/Coaching experience (e.g. as a principal, department chair, instructional coach, or as a previous mentor teacher/cooperating teacher).
- Terms of Employment
- Affiliate faculty are part-time, at-will employees hired to teach on a per credit hour basis for specific classes, usually on a semester-by-semester basis.
- All such teaching assignments are dependent on budget and enrollment.
- Qualified candidates will be expected to teach in person and/or on campus and at supervision sites upon hire.
- Rate of pay per credit hour assignment can be between $1264 - $1482.
