About the role
- Responsible for daily inspection of feed mill, boiler room.
- Assist the plant manager with the operations budget.
- Personnel Management and Development: Teaching proper techniques/training on equipment.
Responsibilities
- Primary Purpose To ensure the manufacture of quality finished feed through proper equipment operation, execute and maintain preventative maintenance schedule.
- Maintain equipment records, plant diagrams. repair records, costs, and manuals.
- Runs and manages preventative maintenance system Manage CER and major repair projects, communicate with vendors and contractors.
- Results Quality repairs and team building.
- Maintain and monitor M&R activities for the mill.
