About the role
- The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing a book of personal insurance clients.
- This role includes maintaining strong client relationships, handling renewals, processing endorsements, and ensuring all client needs are met accurately and efficiently.
- The Account Manager acts as a key point of contact between clients, carriers, and the agency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Personal Lines Insurance Account Management or CSR role
Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems
- Deep knowledge of various insurance products and policies
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering personalized service
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-motivated
- Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Active North Carolina Property & Casualty license required
