About the role
- The SAE serves as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing projects, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful campaign execution and client expectations and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily client communications, serving as a process and project steward.
- Lead client status calls and is accountable for client status reports and meeting recaps.
- Manage day-to-day business by ensuring that work is done on time and on budget.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment.
- Pharmaceutical agency experience required.
Compensation
- $45,000 - $100,000 USD
