About the role

You will work directly with senior litigators, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility and grow toward a senior paralegal role.
This position will be hybrid in our Chicago office.
Screening Interview Our HR Director will reach out to you to schedule a preliminary 30-minute phone screening.

Prepare legal documents, including complaints, discovery requests, motions, briefs, pretrial agreements, subpoenas, summonses, and appeals.
Support attorneys with preparation for arbitrations, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
Manage case files, documents, exhibits, evidence, calendars, deadlines, and court dates while maintaining well-organized files throughout the life of each matter.
Coordinate with expert witnesses, clients, and court personnel, including scheduling, document exchange, and report preparation.
