About the role

  • Join Our Team as a Scheduling Coordinator at Behavioral Health Works!
  • ABA therapy helps individuals with Autism improve socially significant behavior, following the principles of Behavior Analysis.
  • Job Description: The Scheduling Coordinator will play a critical part in the day-to-day coordination of scheduling, communication, and data management for our ABA therapists and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with ABA therapists and clients through clear, friendly, and professional communication.
  • Collaborate closely with our administrative team to resolve any scheduling conflicts or gaps.
  • Partners include: National University, California Southern University, Vanguard University, Capella University, Purdue Global, and William James College.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with scheduling software, Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Chat), and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well with others.
  • Availability between 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. PST Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required for this position due to the needs of the clients and families served.
  • Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a role involving phone communication, scheduling, or data entry is highly preferred.
