About the role
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure alignment with talent KPIs and report on key recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines to align with Petfolk's headcount plans Develop and manage talent acquisition sourcing strategies for existing markets and new market expansions Leverage various sourcing tools, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify licensed veterinarians.
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop and manage talent pipeline to meet headcount goals for the veterinary recruitment team.
- As an initial contact for prospects, they will assess competencies, set expectations, and manage the top of the funnel recruitment process.
- This role will collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership.
Requirements
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
- Who You Are Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation
- Base Salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 Plus Bonus
