About the role
- Translate complex business processes into technical specifications, system architecture maps, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria for developers.
- Ensure all product features conform to internal IT governance frameworks, state agency security protocols, and strict regulatory or federal compliance standards.
- 3.Communication Establish and enforce a protocol for consistent and detailed documentation for all developed solutions to be used by both internal and external resources (GDOT and suppliers).
Requirements
- Familiarity with data pipelines, GIS/spatial data systems, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), or enterprise service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Experience overseeing outsourced or contractor-led software development efforts is highly desirable Highly desired 2

Skills
- Draft formal technical policies, agency guidance documentation, and system regulations for management approval within assigned timeframes.
