The Sr Clinical Strategist is a consulting level professional with broad experience and in-depth knowledge in a specialized area and a strong business acumen.
Incumbents contribute to the organization's strategic goals, acting independently to achieve results.

Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as advisor and subject matter expert senior leadership, highlighting opportunities and risks within the clinical operations landscape.
Understanding and experience in clinical information systems, data models, and documentation platforms.
Education and Experience:
Professional state-issued license with a clinical designation (e.g., RN, Dietitian, Physical Therapist, Social Worker, etc.).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong healthcare acumen.
Strong understanding of value-based care, healthcare payment models, emerging trends, and technology.
Data-driven strategic making
A strategic approach to problem-solving.
Ability to define, implement, and measure strategy.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Strategist will lead enterprise-wide projects, using a clinical approach, which make systemic improvements to GEHA's ability to impact health outcomes for our members.
