- Acts as advisor and subject matter expert senior leadership, highlighting opportunities and risks within the clinical operations landscape.
- Understanding and experience in clinical information systems, data models, and documentation platforms.
- Education and Experience:
- Professional state-issued license with a clinical designation (e.g., RN, Dietitian, Physical Therapist, Social Worker, etc.).
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong healthcare acumen.
- Strong understanding of value-based care, healthcare payment models, emerging trends, and technology.
- Data-driven strategic making
- A strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to define, implement, and measure strategy.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
