Responsibilities

  • Our mission is to deliver an exceptional insurance experience through innovative technology, unparalleled customer service, and a comprehensive suite of products.
  • We are actively seeking a Release Manager to own the release governance process and serve as the go/no-go authority for all production deployments.

Requirements

  • While performing general duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and/or walk around (including the use of stairs).
  • Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, comprehending, and reading
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 3+ years in release management, DevOps management, or deployment engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release governance.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms.
  • Experience managing release processes for complex, multi-team environments.
  • Understanding of rollback strategies, blue/green deployments, canary releases, and feature flags.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes, regression testing, and production monitoring.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) and containerized deployments.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services technology is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills - able to coordinate across multiple teams under time pressure.
