About the role

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, coordinate, negotiate, and track MOAs with civilian blood centers, partner agencies, and other external organizations.
  • Maintain a centralized, authoritative repository of all active, pending, and expired MOAs and associated documentation.
  • Support preparation of briefing materials and presentations for senior leadership and external partners related to ASBP partnerships.
  • Ensure all agreements and supporting documents are properly filed, version-controlled, and accessible for audit and oversight purposes.

Requirements

  • Track agreement milestones, expirations, renewals, and required updates to ensure continuity of operations and compliance.
  • and provide leadership with clear visibility into agreement status, risks, and actions required to sustain ASBP partnerships and operations.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in agreements management, contract administration, program coordination, or administrative operations.

Skills

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, legal studies, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting Federal or DoD organizations strongly preferred.
