Responsibilities
- Draft, review, coordinate, negotiate, and track MOAs with civilian blood centers, partner agencies, and other external organizations.
- Maintain a centralized, authoritative repository of all active, pending, and expired MOAs and associated documentation.
- Support preparation of briefing materials and presentations for senior leadership and external partners related to ASBP partnerships.
- Ensure all agreements and supporting documents are properly filed, version-controlled, and accessible for audit and oversight purposes.

Requirements
- Track agreement milestones, expirations, renewals, and required updates to ensure continuity of operations and compliance.
- and provide leadership with clear visibility into agreement status, risks, and actions required to sustain ASBP partnerships and operations.
Nice to have
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in agreements management, contract administration, program coordination, or administrative operations.
Skills
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, legal studies, or a related field.
- Experience supporting Federal or DoD organizations strongly preferred.
