Responsibilities
- Support enterprise and departmental strategic planning
- o Complete market and demographic assessments by conducting primary and secondary market research, profiling program and system competitors, and developing geospatial assessments
- o Synthesize findings into actionable reports. Develop and prepare intelligence briefs, market and future scans to support leadership in strategic and operational decision making
- Partner with clinical and business leaders on the development of strategic and business plans for clinical and non-clinical programs
- o Build productive and positive relationships with key leaders, understand key challenges and opportunities, and collaborate on developing strategic solutions
- o Partner on key analyses and content development (e.g., competitive positioning and return on investment analyses)
- o Assist or lead meetings and the development of presentation materials
- o Be highly responsive to customer needs and maintain the relationship
- Manage data and analytics to support planning activities
- Perform long-range capacity planning, projection and scenario analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least three (3) years experience in strategy, business planning and data analysis.
Skills
- Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills with ability to synthesize disparate sources of data
- Outstanding analysis skills - both quantitative and qualitative
- Ability to work collaboratively in a complex matrixed organization
- Ability to understand and anticipate the needs of others and prepare work products appropriate for varied stakeholders
- Commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards; personal and professional integrity above reproach
- Strong database (SQL or Access) management and data mining skills
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
- Intermediate user of ArcGIS or similar mapping software
- Knowledge of demographic and planning databases such as Claritas and Truven

Compensation
- $101,300.00 - $129,100.00 Annually
- Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs.
