Park Place Finance is a 20 year old nationwide private lender specializing in quick, painless and efficient financing for small and medium sized home builders nationwide.
Additionally, we assist on financing fix-and-flips, ground-up construction, and DSCR loans.

Exposure to or familiarity with the real estate, mortgage lending, or financial services industries Experience with lead-driven, consultative sales environments Basic Excel skills (sorting, filters, simple analysis)
