About the role

  • The Intern will have the opportunity to conduct research and outreach to startups in the industry, leading to a deeper understanding of the technologies, key decision makers, and stakeholders crucial to the decarbonization of the built environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of The Clean Fight programs, liaising with companies, making strategic decisions, and working with our partners Assist in the marketing and communication efforts, including market research and drafting communication materials
  • As a Program Intern you will support our International Landing Pad Network, Energy Storage: Deploy Now! program, the Deployment Grant Fund, and an upcoming program focused on scaling bio-based materials.

Requirements

  • The Clean Fight is a not-for-profit dedicated to accelerating the adoption of proven climate solutions in New York State and beyond.
  • The Intern will gain intimate knowledge of the dynamics and strategies of a prize and/or accelerator program administration.
  • written, verbal and interpersonal Experience with social media platforms and tools, especially LinkedIn Good time-management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Start Date Flexible:
  • August-December 20 - 40 hrs / week Hybrid (NYC), in office 1-2 days per week on Tuesday and/or Wednesday.

  • $12k-$16k
