About the role
- Through rigorous follow-up and strict adherence to defined processes, the Process Specialist ensures timely closure of actions, alignment across stakeholders, and measurable improvements in supplier performance and equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
- Lead Structured Meetings and Documentation. Drive Follow-Up, Accountability, and Closure.
- Manage Supplier Nonconformances (MSN) and Investigations, Data-Driven Performance and Continuous Improvement.
- This role also requires strong capability in Power BI and PowerApps to enhance data visibility, automate workflows, and improve process efficiency in support of SQE activities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, quality systems, or operations, leading cross-functional alignments, and managing nonconformance investigations.
- Minimum Required: Some college - Applied Science, Business, or a related discipline

Nice to have
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong process discipline.
- Experience managing supplier quality processes, including nonconformance resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Strong ability to track actions and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Exposure to workflow automation tools (e.g., PowerApps) is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly communicate expectations, influence outcomes, and work across teams.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Strong capability in data analytics and reporting, including Power BI dashboards and PowerApps workflow solutions.
- Solution-oriented, process-driven execution.
