Responsibilities
- Enforce community rules and support homeowners professionally and empathetically
- Lead meetings, facilitate new board orientations, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
- Are you passionate about building relationships, serving others, and making a visible impact every day?
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- The ideal candidate is a proactive leader, skilled communicator, and trusted resource who is committed to creating positive experiences for residents while supporting the long-term success of the community.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HOA operations and vendor management a plus (we'll train the right person!)

Compensation
- $65,000 per year
