The ideal candidate is a proactive leader, skilled communicator, and trusted resource who is committed to creating

Enforce community rules and support homeowners professionally and empathetically
Lead meetings, facilitate new board orientations, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
Are you passionate about building relationships, serving others, and making a visible impact every day?

High School Diploma or GED required
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader, skilled communicator, and trusted resource who is committed to creating positive experiences for residents while supporting the long-term success of the community.

Familiarity with HOA operations and vendor management a plus (we'll train the right person!)

Maintain the financial health of the association by tracking budgets, reviewing invoices, and preparing financial reports
