About the role
- The individual filling this role will be responsible for the strategy, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's professional certification program.
- This is an on-site position based in Chelmsford, MA.
- Target Salary: The approximate pay range for this role is $110K-$120K.
Responsibilities
- Manage both virtual and in-person certification testing operations
- Partner with subject matter experts to align exam question banks and local scenario-based assessments
- Manage certification workflows, enrolment rules, exam delivery, reporting, and learner records
- Partner with IT and Academy stakeholders to support system enhancements
- Support data governance and certification record management
- Own digital badging operations through credentialing platforms
- Develop and manage certification pathways for candidates seeking certification without course attendance

Compensation
- The approximate pay range for this role is $110K-$120K.
