About the role

Responsibilities
- Own recurring revenue reporting workflows, including trackers, attainment dashboards, variance analysis, and daily or weekly reporting processes.
- Support sales target-setting processes by combining detailed analysis with broader business forecasts to identify opportunities and risks.
- Manage commercial compensation review processes by analyzing performance data and supporting incentive-related decisions.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses for revenue, sales, and commercial leadership to support strategic and in-quarter decisions.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Sales Operations, and go-to-market teams to understand business drivers and translate them into financial insights.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate brings strong commercial finance expertise, advanced analytical capabilities, and experience supporting high-growth businesses.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
- Experience preparing executive reporting materials, KPI reviews, board presentations, or leadership dashboards.
- Ability to translate financial data into clear business narratives and actionable recommendations.
Compensation
- $132,000 - $161,000 USD base salary range.
- $121,000 - $148,000 USD base salary range.
