Responsibilities
- Manage reconciling schedules associated with accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.
- Support the team in completing month-end and year-end closing tasks, as well as ad-hoc projects and reporting requirements.
- Categorize the day-to-day operating bank account transactions and banking activities to perform balance sheet reconciliations of all cash accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, and proficiency working in Google Suite
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform cross-departmental reconciliations as required, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various organizational units.
Nice to have
- experience in a start-up/high-growth eCommerce or CPG business is a plus
- experience with ExFlow and/or Concur is a plus.
- 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing/retail environment is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics D365
Compensation
- $80,000 - $85,000 USD
